This video demonstrates rib stretching / mobilising techniques to both the upper (pump handle movement) & lower (bucket handle movement) ribs with the patient sitting supine and side lying. Therapists must pay particular attention to placating the angle & 'line' of individual ribs and the fixing of the rib itself in order to ensure efficient, effective and optimum comfortable results.
