This video demonstrates a prone technique which uses rotation from the pelvis applied through the Lumbar spine and the therapist must ensure that the applicator hand is applied deep and inferior to the lower ribs to maintain good positive contact. Appropriate timing breathing and occasionally 'coughing' of the patient can be used to enhance the barrier and to play a part of the impulse itself.
