This video demonstrates mobilising and manipulation techniques to the Thoraco-Lumbar region with the patient in the prone position. Care should be taken too support the lumbar spine with a pillow under the abdomen and avoiding pushing down on the Lumbar region to ensure little or no extension is applied to the Lumbar spine. Gentle rhythmic movements should be introduced with various component movements to focus appropriately and small controlled impulse movements can be further introduced to create a more manipulative technique.
