This video demonstrates very traditional mobilising techniques applied to the Lumbar spine with the patient in the supine and side lying positions. It does however introduce some additional ideas and concepts that help to focus the movements and focus more specifically making this more of a minimal lever mobilising approach, giving comfort, control, specificity, effectiveness and efficiency.
