This video demonstrates two approaches to manipulating the C7/T1 with the patient in the side lying position. The first technique focuses to the upper joint, nearest to the therapist, whilst the second focusses to the lower joint, nearest to the plinth. Both techniques use a primary lever of side bending and the viewer might benefit from listening to the explanation carefully and certainly more than once.
