3.3.2 Manipulation of the Acromio-Clavicular (AC) joint
This video demonstrates a specific manipulation technique for the AC joint which is accurate, controlled and safe. The technique uses alot of localising and focusing compression and hence patients with any type of capsulitis should only have this done once the inflammation is more settled and just restriction remains. This video also includes a modification with this same technique to focus to the Gleno-Humeral joint, which often helps when there are problems of the glenoid labrum!
