This video demonstrates simple movement testing of the distal Tibio-Fibular (ankle) joint in an anterior and posterior direction respectively trying to move the Fibular against the Tibia. Strictly this is a fused (syndesmosis) joint, however gentle movement can be encouraged in these directions.
