Thoraco-Lumbar mobilising with the patient sitting astride the plinth. This video demonstrates a rhythmic or harmonic approach to mobilising the Thoraco-Lumbar region of the spine. Patients must be able to sit astride the plinth, if they have difficulty there is a sitting variation. A gentle harmonic movement is introduced by the therapist which should almost be self-sustaining and easy. Different directions can be applied and used producing a very positive and helpful mobilising technique.
