This collection of videos demonstrate are full range of soft tissue massage techniques using cross fibre, longitudinal and combined stretches to the muscles of the anterior, lateral and posterior muscles with the patient in the supine position. Note the gentle, smooth but continuous handling as the therapist moves from one area and technique to another. Superficial and deep fascia stretches are included as well as massage techniques from different therapist positions to the patient. These techniques are generally for relaxing soft tissue tension, lengthening tight muscles, as well as stimulating and aiding congestion reduction and hypertonia affecting other local structures.
